Sunyani MCE and colleagues duly sworn in

Twelve (12) Municipal and District Chief executives (MMDCEs)have been ushered into office officially today at the Residency in the Capital of the Bono Region, Sunyani, to conduct government business to ensure spatial distribution of resources within their catchment areas to the people they have been charged to lead by the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo

Notable amongst them were The MCE of Sunyani Municipal Assembly, Hon Ansu Kumi, MCE of Sunyani West, Hon Evans Kusi Boadum, MCE of Dormaa East, Hon Emmanuel Kofi Agyemang and nine others.

In a Speech eloquently delivered by the Bono Regional Minister, Hon Jastina Owusu Banahene, she charged the Chief Executives to do their best within the ambit of law to protect lives and properties especially, government lands,for, it is only bequitted to this generation to safeguard it for the generation yet unborn.

She Also invited them to work with humility and respect so as to propel the much anticipated development in their various Municipalities and Districts.

Present at the swearing in ceremony were, the hardworking and revered Bono Regional Chairman, Mr Kwame Boffoe Abronye Dc, the diligent Kofi Boateng, The Regional Secretary, Alhaji Bashiru Wahab, the Bono Nasara Coordinator, Nananom, the Clergy and other invited guests.

In a brief remarks by the Vocferous Chairman, He called on the Chief Executives to appreciate what the Party has done for them and take good care of Party faithfuls.

He maintained that, the development of the Districts and Municipalities must synchronize to include the development of the Party and the people they serve.
