AHAFO MIM: ASUKESE FUND RAISING AND COMMUNITY HARVEST IN AID OF CONSTRUCTING KVIP

A small community located in the Ahafo region and a suburb of the commercial capital city of the region Mim has about 1000 registered voters and boast of a population of about 2200 people including Children.

Although the community has best been recognized in the region with their immense contribution to food production and cash crops such as cocoa, cashew and ginger but lacks development in all aspects. These includes problem with potable water, Lack of Educational facilities and Quality Heath care among others.

The most pressing of all the problems in the community is that, the people do not have a toilet facility and to that effect resort to open defecation and the bushes serving as place of convenience which has a greater threat to the environment and the health of the community at large.

As part of the vision’s of the ASUKESE YOUTH MOVEMENT establishment, they have come up with a program dubbed “FUND RAISING AND COMMUNITY HARVEST” in aid of community toilet facility. The program is scheduled to take place in Asukese on the 26th December 2022 at Asukese Car park at exactly 9:00am.

The Asukese Youth Movement is therefore calling all and sundry being individuals, cooperate groups, clubs, Churches, Government officials and philanthropist to come to their aid and support them in their quest to solve such a pressing problem.

They know and believe that with the little support from you, they will achieve their aim and make Asukese a much better place to live.
