Ghana head coach, Charles Kwablan Akonnor has announced his starting XI Black Stars starting line-up for their game against South Africa in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Akonnor has made seven changes in his squad list for the all-important fixture against the Bafana Bafana at the FNB Stadium.

Hearts of Oak captain, Fatawu Mohammed has earned a starting berth with Majeed Ashimeru who replaces Iddrisu Baba in central midfield.

Duo Yaw Yeboah and Emmanuel Lomotey who tasted minutes in Ghana’s 1-0 win over Ethiopia are in the lineup against the South Africans.

Russia based striker Joel Fameyeh will be leading the attack for the senior national team of Ghana in today’s encounter.

The game has been scheduled to kick off at 16:00GMT.
