The government of Ghana has released fund to all the district education offices across the country for the payment of transportation to various posted stations.
Government was supposed to give transportation to 2015 batch of posted teachers to their new stations. An amount of 1200gh per teacher posted in 2015.
Speaking to joynews,the education minister Hon. Matthew Opoku P,said the money is now with the districts accountants at the various district education offices. He therefore cautioned district education offices accountants to give the money to those teachers posted in 2015 especially trained teachers from Colleges of Education.
Any teacher posted in 2015 from College of Education can now walk straight to the education office and collect the money.
