Speaking to the Modernghana News correspondent King Amoah in Kumasi in an interview, the spokesman for the group, Mr Elvis Jackson Etuah disclosed that following the emergence of covid-19, businesses of many musicians in the industry have virtually collapsed.

Jackson Etuah aka Papa Jay who also doubles as the Managing Director of Modern Films & Entertainment Network observed that since the coronavirus rears its ugly face in the country, government has helped revive a number of businesses in the country at the neglect of the creative industry.

According to the popular reggae artiste, musicians play noble roles in building an effective economy.

Mr Etuah is appealing to government to extend its financial support to the creative arts industry.
