MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE FROM THE NDC COMMUNICATION TEAM IN DAMONGO CONSTITUENCY TO THE FAMILY OF THE LATE MR ABDUL-KARIM SAAKA (LOTIC) AND THE NPP IN THE DAMONGO CONSTITUENCY

INNAA LILLAAHI WA INNAA ILAIHI RAAJIOON – To Allah we belong and to Him we shall ultimately return.

It is with heavy hearts that we write to share in the grief and pain on the demise of Mr Abdul-Karim Saaka alias Lotic. This is an extremely difficult time for all of us in the Damongo Constituency to have lost such an enterprising youngster in the prime of his youth.

Undoubtedly, we had our political differences but we cannot refute certain salient qualities of his.

He was quite a committed Muslim with a high sense of morality admired by every Tom, Dick and Harry. He had an ocean of knowledge about the religion of Islam which he manifested when he was alive.

He showed respect and humility to everyone he came into contact with. He was tolerant to divergent opinions in spite of his uncompromising stance in political arguments. He was assertive and confident in debates with a wealth of vocabulary in the English Language.

His lovely wife and children have lost a caring husband and a gentle father respectively. His mother and relatives have lost an obedient son.

The NPP has lost an ebullient communicator and a great compatriot.

We in the NDC have lost a friendly opponent and a jovial personality. The entire youth in the Damongo Constituency has lost a role model and an inspirational figure.

We pray that Allah will forgive him and have mercy on his soul. We also pray that Allah will comfort the hearts of his family and friends in this tremendous trial. May Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus.

Aameen yaa Rabbal Aalameen.

-Signed-

Mumuni Yahaya Kiyoyo Zambache

( Communication Officer of NDC, Damongo constituency)
