Fire outbreak at *Sankore Senior High School* in Asunafo South of Ahafo region. This has burnt down the only four bedroom Bangalow they have to accommodate teachers on campus.
The occupants of the burnt Bangalow were the Assistant headmaster and three other house masters
No life lost, but personal belongings including certificates and fiscal amount of GHC 3600 is lost to the fire.
According to the headmaster, immediate support is needed to accommodate some teachers to stay on campus with the students.
He further said: problem of fire service in the country should be look at and solve. He explained that the incidents started 12:30am, they were to call Accra for them to call Goaso but still the Fire Service got there around 3am. Which was too late to the quench the fire.
