The Bono Regional Office of the ruling New Patriotic Party has expressed its profound gratitude to the Vice-President, Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for his “financial support” toward the organisation of the party’s constituency annual delegates conferences across all the 12 constituencies in the region.
Though the party did not disclose the amount of money donated by the Vice-President, it said in a statement signed by its Regional Director of Communications, Asare-Bediako Seth that “the support will help ease the burden of the 12 constituencies in the region as the party gears up for a resounding victory in the next general elections…..”
The statement explained that the forthcoming conferences across all the constituencies are in line with Article 7(27) and Article 9(25) which provide that there shall be Constituency and Regional Annual Delegates Conference respectively which has duly been communicated by the General Secretary of the party, Mr John Boadu.
“The party in the region is highly impressed by the overwhelming generosity shown by his Excellency the Vice President in this regard and assured him it will be used judiciously to get its optimum benefit”, the statement further said.

CONSTITUENCY ANNUAL DELEGATES CONFERENCE; VICE PRESIDENT DONATES TO BONO REGION.
The New Patriotic Party in the Bono region has received financial support from the Vice-President of the Republic Dr Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia in the organisation of the constituency Annual Delegates Conference.
The support will help ease the burden of the 12 Constituencies in the Region as the party gears up for a resounding victory in the next general elections and therefore acknowledged the donations as timely.
