Breaking News: Ahafo Regional Chairman and Aide Dead in a fatal Accident

The students of Dadiesoaba Nursing Training College in the Asutifi South of the Brong Ahafo Region have been asked to pay Ghc800.00 each.

The students numbering about 186 who completed school November 2017 are being compelled to refund the money which is equivalent to two months of student nurse allowance. The students are to pay this money to the school Accountant before their certificates be signed.

The students have from today to May 2, 2018 to meet the deadline to submit their endorsed certificates to Nursing and Midwifery Council for a pin before posting and graduation.

Some stranded students at the school since Monday 10, 2018 told Ahafonews.com, that their parents can’t afford to refund the monies and therefore suggested that if it’s true that they are due to refund the ‘allawa’, then government should employ them and deduct from their salaries.

Ahafo News will follow up on this and bring you the latest developments.
