The long hue and cry of the good people of Adwenbu Electoral Area in the Ablekuma Central Constituency are finally being heeded to after the Member of Parliament for the area, Hon. Abdul Latif Dan together with the Assembly Member, Hon. Eric Holland and other opinion leaders in the area inspected some deplorable roads.

The Member of Parliament inspected some deplorable roads in his area, mainly the Prime Care – St. Thomas Eye Clinic road, the Kumchacha – Trotro Station road, Star Oil – Police Barracks, GRA Office – Peace Clinic, Grace Preparatory School roads among others.

During the inspection, Hon. Abdul Latif Dan said, “The deplorable state of roads in Adwenbu has become an albatross around our necks in the constituency that has put the good people of the electoral area in a constant state of fear and panic when utilizing the roads and whenever it threatens to rain”.

The aim of the familiarisation visit of the MP was to acquaint himself at first hand, with the deplorable nature of the roads and to find a lasting solution to this perennial problem.

He took the opportunity to thank the people of Adwenbu Electoral Area and promised to lead efforts towards finding a lasting solution to the poor state of roads within the electoral area and the constituency at large.
