Hon. Eric OPOKU is one of the loud mouth piece of the national democratic Congress (NDC). A former regional Minister who headed two big region (Ashanti and the then Brong Ahafo) simultaneously during Ex president Mahama’s time. Currently the MP for Asunafo South constituency and also serves on parliamentary committee on Agriculture.
Aside his political career He is also a Business man.
In Ahafo, he owns a media station, fuel filling station and a cocoa farm as his business ventures.
But after NDC lost power in 2016,His media station Media station and fuel filling station were shut down by the NCA & EPA respectively.
Is it because he is NDC man?? Or He was using power to run his business illegally??
His good news now! he has been given the green light to operate his fuel filling station shout down for more than two years.
His Media station, know as ADUNU FM, was closed down on 21st may 2019 for his inability to renew his license, claimed by the NCA. Mean while, hon. Eric Opoku In response to such allegation, he said he filed for renewal in 2017 which cost him ghc 51,000, but NCA is refusing him the renewal.
Now From a close source reaching Ahafonews, NCA has released all documents needed to get his Media station work again to him.
