The Member of Parliament (MP) for Tano North Constituency in the Ahafo region, Hon. Dr. Freda Prempeh has embarked on a tour to inspect some ongoing Durbar projects that were being executed in the Constituency.
The purpose of the visit was to ascertain the progress of work made on the various Durbar projects scattered across the constituency and the challenges the contractors were encountering.
Hon. Dr. Freda Prempeh and her entourage inspected a newly community durbar ground or center under construction at terchire, adrobaa. Asukese, bomaa and yamfo.
She interacted with some of the residents in the beneficiary communities and the contractor on the projects sites and was not happy with the progress of the projects therefore encouraged them to speed up the work and do a good job to get the projects ready on schedule.
She urged the community members to offer their support to the contractors to enable them to facilitate work quickly and uttered it is her vision to construct 10 community centers in the constituency and so far 5 are fully completed at Duayaw Nkwanta, susuaso and Susuaho. She hopes to commence the other two in June 2022. The various communities visited were happy.
