Ing. Kobby Amoa-Mensah, the Assembly Member of Kukuom Abr)mamu Electoral Area in Asunafo South District, has donated assorted medication to the Asunafo Health Directorate at the Kukuom Health Center.
The drugs where received by the Dr Afi, the Medical -Officer In Charge of the Facility on the 23rd May 2018.
The Assembly member, said the donations was to help the center to provide adequate and proper care to it’s numerous attendants and patients.
The Medical Doctor in Charge of the facility, expressed gratitude to the Assembly member for the support and appealed to others in the community to emulate the good works of the Assembly Member.
Kukuom Health Centre Facility is currently seeking to be upgraded into a hospital. It was highlighted that the facility lacked sufficient beds, a children’s ward, a mortuary, an ambulance vehicle amongst other challenges.
