Our Declaration Will Still Come Off But – Homeland Study Group Foundation

The Home Land Study Group Foundation have threatened to go ahead with their independence declaration.

According to them, though their leaders have been arrested, it does not deter them from going ahead with the declaration.

Speaking on Okay FM’s Ade Akye Abia programme, spokesperson for the Ho branch of the group, Mr. George Nyakpo explained that though they will not disclose when their declaration will come off, their activities will still go ahead as planned.

“We have written to government and other international bodies about our secession and that we will continue as planned though they have refused to engage us in a discussion,” he said.

He added that they will have a consultative meeting to decide further on their actions.
