The Special Prosecutor has written to the Chief Executive of the Northern Development Authority to produce all documents regarding a contract between the Authority and A&Qs Consortium.
This stems from an investigation that has begun into the contract.
According to a letter to Sumaila Abdul-Rahman, there is a suspicion of corruption and corruption-related offences with the contract.
The contract had to do with consultancy services by the Authority to A&Qs Consortium.
“You are directed to produce to the OSP all documents relating to the contractual relationship between Northern Development Authority and A&Qs Consortium, including approval by Public Procurement Authority.
“You are directed to comply by close of business 7 July 2022.”
