Rexford Asibuo-Gyimah, popularly known as Sir Rex, an iconic politician has been announced as the winner of this year’s Student politician of the year at the just ended Ashis Dinner and Awards Night.
Ashis Dinner and Awards Night is an event designed to award excellence and celebrate hardworking Students of the Association. The award ceremony took place in King’s and Queens Restaurant and Space Bar in Winneba.
Speaking after winning the award said;
“I thank the organizers of the event, but most of all I thank everyone who has supported me and continues to support me especially Team Phylose. Let’s continue to allow politics to do its job as the great healer, teacher, comforter and above all the restorative force that propels human beings to higher height but As a young politician you shouldn’t make your master enemy be your enemy because the table can turn “.
Rexford Asibuo -Gyimah was nominated in the same category with the likes of Damoah Richmond, Isaac Isaidu, and others. Most organizations and award schemes have honored his hard work in youth development and has also recognized his selfless personality as a leader with the youth success agenda in all his objectives and set goals.
