Fire outbreak at Tamale Aboabo market has destroyed shops and properties worth millions of cedis.

Eye witnesses say they saw smoke coming from the market stores around 5am Saturday January 30.
Personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service were immediately called in to douse the inferno.
It took the personnel several hours to fight the fire.
Preliminary investigations by personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service suggest an electric fault.
