The member of parliament for Tano North, Hon. Dr. Freda Prempeh, paid a working visit to Yamfo vocational training school to inspect ongoing projects.

The projects that she inspected which some are 95 and 100 percent complete includes a fully Computer and 1T block, Girls dormitory, almost completed, Boys dormitory, almost completed. Administration block, home science block, Work stations, 4 classroom blocks under renovation and construction of a mechanised borehole with a 10000 litre polytank.

The manager of the school was grateful to Hon. Freda Prempeh for her continous support and thanked the President for his vision to uplift TVET. Speaking during the tour, Hon. Dr. Freda Prempeh, urged the contractor working on the projects to expedite action to ensure that it was completed on schedule for use before reopening of the school in April.

He said the project when completed would help to improve the relevant skills and competencies required for self and formal employment for the 21st Century market needs.
