George Mireku Duker, Member of Parliament (MP) for the Tarkwa-Nsuaem constituency has urged the newly elected NPP chairman, Stephen Ayensu Ntim to sail the ship of leadership on the right path to reach their destination.
He told him not to disappoint the trust and confidence the party reposed in him.
During a discussion on Accra-based Peace FM’s Kokrokoo morning show on Monday, July 18, monitored by Modernghana News, the Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources congratulated and wished the new chairman the best of luck.
“I congratulate Chairman Ayensu Ntim and I wish him well in his new position. He shouldn’t disappoint us; he should deliver diligently,” he said.
He added, “More than 4,000 delegates have reposed their trust in him.”
Mr. Mireku Duker said he trusts Mr. Ntim to deliver very well to help the party ‘break the 8.’
He also advised him to unite the party, especially all contestants to form a solid team for the crucial election 2024.
“I know he can do it well and help us break the eight.
“He (Mr. Ntim) should bring everybody on board,” he stressed.
