This is enough reason for any women and human rights activist and right thinking person to vow never to waste his/her ballot on the NDC — not in this life nor in the world to come.
Today, the widow Member of Parliament who contested and won the Shai-Osudoku parliamentary seat after the atrocious and horrendous demise of her husband in a fatal car accident and the NDC are walking over the MP Elect for Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency, Maa Lydia Seyram Alhasan.
If the NDC are today tagging the Honourable Member of Parliament elect, Lydia Seyram as *’bloody widow’* then I must confess that I’m very much dispirited and crestfallen for such unethical and uncultured behaviour demonstrated by the minority.
This act by the minority indeed proves right the saying of our honourable fathers that, “The eyes of many are against the one with a feather in his cap.”
With the attitude and such senseless act by the minority, they are living proof that a cow head at the abattoir with blood flowing can be elected to represent the NDC in Parliament.
