It gives me the honour and pleasure to extend to you most warmly both on my behalf and the youth of Ahafo my sincere congratulations, Hon Evans Opoku Bobie, Hon Benjamin Yeboah Sekyere and Hon Freda Prempeh on your appointment as Ahafo regional minister, deputy
Ahafo regional minister and deputy minister for gender children and social protection respectively.
This appointment gives effect to your indefatigable efforts towards your people and government having paid off. Please permit me to remind you that your responsibility towards the people because of whom you reached this peak has increased.
I look forward to working closely with you, to further strengthen our co-operation at all levels especially on the youth front. Its my fervent prayer that the world recognize your potentials.
May I seize this opportunity to thank the President for honouring his campaign promise in creating Ahafo region and appointing these ministers. I further plead that he looks deep into Ahafo and consider other able human resource to serve in his government to give the needed balance.
