Asante Kotoko management on Monday paid a courtesy call to the Director-General of the National Lottery Authority [NLA], Samuel Awuku for a mutual beneficial discussion.

Chief Executive Officer, Nana Yaw Amponsah, head of international relations MBE Abena Dentaa and acting communications director David Obeng Nyarko were all at the office of Mr Awuku.

National Lottery Authority director, Mr Awuku wrote on his official Facebook page, “Earlier today, the Asante Kotoko Executive Management paid a courtesy call on me at the National Lottery Authority. We had a successful discussion on contributions and collaborations to increase revenue for the Authority.”

Asante Kotoko also took their official social media platforms to express their gratitude to the National Lottery Authority for such a mutual beneficial meeting.

“CEO, Nana Yaw Amponsah, today led Management to pay a courtesy call on the Director-General of NLA, Sammi Awuku at his office in Accra.

“Management also used the opportunity to discuss ways of developing a mutually beneficial partnership between Asante Kotoko and the NLA.”

The Kumasi-based club is hoping to elevate its economic status in world football and a possible partnership deal with NLA with aid them their next season’s campaign.
