BREAKING NEWS: All 14 accused persons standing trial in the alleged murder of Major Adam Mahama for almost 5- years have now been asked to open their defence

All 14 accused persons, including the Assembly member of Denkyire Obuasi William Baah standing trial in the alleged murder of Major Adam Mahama for almost 5- years have now been asked to open their defence after the Court found a Prema Facie case against them today.
Lawyers for the accused persons filed a submission of No case after the prosecution closed their case.
William Baah will open his defence first.
