BRONG AHAFO STUDENT’S UNION BASU UNIVERSITY OF GHANA CHAPTER:
Held a general meeting on the 10th of July 2021 venue: school of Agric LT1 UG campus.

THEME FOR THE MEETING WAS PERSONAL BRANDING ABD ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AS BASU STUDENTS. SPEAKERS WHO CAME TO GRACED THE OCCASION WERE MR. PRINCE R. OKUMAH (IAAS _UG PRESIDENT), MR. BRIGHT LAMBONGAG_LOFTY(FORMER EXECUTIVE BASU), MR.KWAME AMO NTOW F (UGSRC PRESIDENT/BASU NATIONAL SEC). ACCORDING MR. PRINCE R OKUMAH (IAAS-UG PREZ) who hail from Yeji, spoke on the topic ”as student’s how we balance academic works with other curriculum activities. “.He added, The vision you have tells you where you’re going and this will enables you to identify yourself hence will enable you to arrive at your destination. There are certain things we should engage our selves in as BASU students. Also making an impact where ever we find ourselves. MR. BRIGHT L. LOFTY(FORMER BASU EXECUTIVE). alo talked about National service and life after tertiary. He advised the students to take an advantage to build strong Network whilst they’re on campus. He added, together as one people , we can build a better Ghana. As our saying goes Basu Menua trodoooo!!!
finally, MR KWAME AMO NTOW F( UGSRC PRESIDENT/BASU NATIONAL SEC): concluded that , tertiary level education shouldn’t be books alone,but rather goes beyond. We call something capacity building. Regardless of everything we shouldn’t give up. Keep on pushing for the betterment of Basu. Networking is the major key.
