Former NPP National Communications Director Yaw Adomako Baafi has thrown his support behind Hon. Booba's bid for Ahafo Regional Chairman. Describing him as a capable and unifying leader, Adomako Baafi called on delegates to back his candidacy, expressing confidence that Booba has the experience, vision and commitment needed to strengthen the party in the Ahafo Region.
Former National Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Yaw Adomako Baafi, has officially endorsed Hon. Robert Sarfo-Mensah (Hon. Booba) for the position of Ahafo Regional Chairman, describing him as the experienced and capable leader the party needs to rebuild and return to victory in the Ahafo Region.
According to Mr. Adomako Baafi, his years of leading the party’s national communications machinery have enabled him to identify leaders with the communication skills, political maturity, and strategic thinking required to inspire party members and connect effectively with the electorate.
He stated that Hon. Booba possesses the communication ability to unite the party, articulate the NPP’s message effectively, and restore confidence among the grassroots and the people of Ahafo.
Mr. Adomako Baafi further noted that Hon. Booba’s 12 years of parliamentary experience and long-standing service to the NPP have given him an in-depth understanding of the party’s structures, organizational systems, and electoral dynamics.
“At a time when the NPP in the Ahafo Region is rebuilding after recent electoral setbacks, experience cannot be compromised. Hon. Booba understands the party, understands the grassroots, and understands what it takes to organize for victory,” he stated.
He expressed confidence that Hon. Booba’s leadership would strengthen party structures from the polling station to the regional level, improve grassroots mobilization, and position the NPP to reclaim its lost parliamentary seats and increase its presidential votes in the 2028 General Elections.
Calling on delegates to vote for proven leadership over experimentation, Mr. Adomako Baafi urged them to entrust the future of the Ahafo NPP to a leader with the experience, vision, and commitment to unite the party and restore its electoral fortunes.
“The task ahead demands a leader who has been tested, understands party organization, and can bring everyone together. That leader is Hon. Robert Sarfo-Mensah (Hon. Booba),” he emphasized.
