The hardworking first term member of parliament for Asunafo North Constituency, who represents the people of *Ahafo* as the Regional Minister, Hon. Evans Opoku-Bobie has fulfilled a promise he made in the name of the President of the Republic Of Ghana, H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo. In a couple of months ago.

Hon. Bobie promised Saviour Church Of Ghana- Akrodie Branch in helping them to build new classroom block for the pupils of Akrodie Saviour School.

In addressing the congregation, he emphasised on a point that, parents have to pay much attention to their children education because that is the only worthwhile asset they can live for them in this current dispensation. Hon. Bobie presented one hundred and fifty bags of cement to add up his earlier contribution to the building of Akrodie Saviour School. Education is the only rightful tool which can bridge the gap between the rich and the poor. He stressed that, the donation to help build saviour school will help the entire people of Ahafo. Parents and guardians within the entire enclave of Ahafo would be motivated to bring their children when the school is in a good state.

Hon. Evans Opoku-Bobie revealed that, the government of Ghana led by H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is very committed in quality Education that is why he introduced the *Free Senior High School.* It is very important for us to take advantage of the free Education and make sure that no child is left home. He hammered. The Regional Minister charged the Saviour Church Of Ghana to instill discipline and inculcate virtue into the children.

One of the major ways to succeed in life is discipline and the fear of God. Hon. Bobie pledged his tenacious support to the successful completion of the school. The Zonal pastor of Ahafo, Bono and Bono East Regions, Opanin Appiah Boakye Philip used the opportunity as a voluminous conduit and appreciated the Regional Minister. The zonal pastor and the Church members were so happy for such a kind gesture. Pastor Appiah Boakye Philip used the minister as a pricket of contact and expressed their heartfelt profuse gratitude to the president of the Republic of Ghana, H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for delivering on their promises. This shows that, he is indeed a promise keeping president likewise Hon. Bobie.

The Saviour Church Of Ghana* prayed fervently for the *president of Ghana and the Ahafo Regional Minister* to continue the good works. The Zonal pastor commended Hon. Bobie for his humility and hardwork. The pastor stated categorically that, Hon. Evans Opoku-Bobie is indeed an asset to the people of Ahafo and Ghana at large. The entire congregants were so stunned that, this is his first time of representing Asunafo North as a Parliamentarian.

The people of Akrodie echoed on the top of their voices that, he deserves more terms as a parliamentarian because his two years in office is highly remarkable and commendable of good leadership. The Church applauded the minister for adding Akrodie Saviour School to the basket of the *School Feeding Programme.

It has really given them some sort of relief thereby saving their money which was to be given to their children to buy food in school.

The first ever Ahafo Regional Minister paid a courtesy call on Akrodie health center. He interacted with the staff and patients. He assured them of his commitment in completing a new ward for them.

Hon. Bobie was accompanied by Asunafo North Women’s organiser, Madam Doris Donkor and the Youth Employment coordinator, Patrick Ayemah a.k.a. Osonoba Patoo.
