Cooperative farmers who benefited from the multi purpose machines for weeding and pruning are over the moon in Asunafo South.
210 cooperatives which are beneficiaries of the program have been provided with 3442 prices of the multi purpose agriculture equipment.
In addition to receiving the machinery, all cooperatives are Bing free fuel by the government to aid them in the course of their farming activities.
The smiles and blatant jubilation of some cooperatives at the fuel collection point, clearly shows they are appreciative of the government’s effort to reduce the suffering of farmers.
Representatives of Cooperatives have been grouped in batches to collect the fuel at identified fuel stations in the district Capital Kukuom and Sankore.
Our investigations show that some representatives of cooperatives collected their fuel on the 6th April in Kukuom and other representatives are slated for 7th and 8th April.
